worldwide map shows nodes as unknown

so i have just implemented worldwide map and it works very nice. but now i'm getting questioned on why all these nodes show as unknown until you drill down?

Anyway to fix this?

multiple nodes show unknown:

a single node will show stuff -

yet sometimes multiple nodes show up...

so how can we get the unknowns to display node name consistently??

we are using npm 12. but i found another user reported similar issue after upgrade to 10.5 and while we had earlier versions of npm this is the first we have used worldwide map. So far we are pleased. Except for the unknown nodes.

also did find this:

so i edited the file and changed the MaxRadiusCluster to 0.1 as suggested. i can't tell it made any difference at all.

I believe that what you are experiencing is that the display of node hostnames varies as you zoom in and out - this is because at full zoom out you may have many sites bunched so close together that it is difficult if not impossible for the application to discern between sites and their individual nodes.
What you need to do is to zoom in and then you will see the correct identification of nodes within a site will eventually appear as sites no longer overlay each other.
