top mobile device management features you can't live without (anymore..)

You know it. BYOD, MDM, or even completely new Enterprise Mobility Management is something you just can't live without in 21st century... At least according to many marketing specialists .

Regardless of what is considered to be a standard meaning of these buzz words I wonder: what are your Must-haves in regards to mobile device management? Is it inventory management, secured application containers or just a one-click-VPN or something completely different? Your call!

Good Question.
For myself i think BYOD is completly insane. A real security issue in all things.
As Long as you have different mobile OS Versions a MDM is, in my eyes, useless.
Ok, you see, what type of mobile Phones are used, when the mobile Client accept the plugin or not, depends on the user.
But every OS is different to handle so what is the benefit?
We have BB Enterprise in the Office, what is a good solution for MDM. The, for example, Z10 and or Z30 are real Business Phones and have all you Need for your work.
Apple or Android is not realy a Mobile Device for Business - Statement from our CISO.
