report to list configured alerts?

Is there a way to generate a report that describes what alerts are configured on which nodes, for auditing purposes? I did a forum search and found a post from 2006 that mentions a custom SQL query to do something similar, but the link to the SQL code was broken.

Custom SQL would probably be the way to go as you saw, maybe someone in the community can help you out with some SQL

Using 9.1 I don't see where you can "assign" an alert to a node specificially. You can configure something like it in triggers but the database doesn't hold 'alerts-to-nodeid' type of values.
You can do a SQL query to list your alerts and their triggers but not really against each node - that I can see.
