Is it possible to have two different objects in solarwinds with the same IP?? Reason I am asking is I finally found the way to use the universal device poller to poll on port 260 for the checkpoint process. You have to sort of do a work around...add a device as 161 than change it to 260 for it to work. Than you can poll the checkpoint OID's.
Back to original question is that I need to monitor the Nokia memory, proc, disk, etc as well as the checkpoint process OIDs but with nokia configuration it will only do this off one agent address. Now when I keep trying to add the universal pollers for checkpoint OID I have to change original object to 260 and lose the Nokia monitroing on 161.....
Any help would be great...
