delete stale hardware health monitoring - how?

One of our older servers was virtualized and with that, relegated hardware health monitoring to its hypervisor.

How do I remove hardware health monitoring from it? (Don't want to change its polling method - do want to keep the history.) Is there a way to do it via UI and not in the database?

The last screenshot shows that there is no hardware health monitoring to disable.

I thought it was possible in the UI in NPM 11 (we're currently on 11.5). Am I wrong?

, I never got an answer for that yet. Either in the DB directly or re-add the server to Solarwinds which is not feasible & defn not a good approach

You find your answer to this issue yet?
Been struggling with VIM and VMAN integration and when it messes up so does the host hardware health monitoring. So, I had been looking for this same solution and found the following KB article;
