cisco CUCM B6000

kindly assist on how to monitor cisco cucm B6000 on NPM

  • Mulala,

    We have BE6000H M5 servers.  We are monitoring some of the performance through the CIMC SNMP engine.  I created custom pollers for the RAID battery and the individual memory modules:

    DIMM Modules:

    1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.30.11.1.14.x

    RAID Battery;

    1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.45.11.1.3

    With these you can create Universal Device Pollers and point them to the CIMC, then create alerts from there.

    To monitor the rest of the BE6000H hardware, I recommend SAM and VMan.  You can add the BE6H as an ESXi host and through SAM it will automatically add the hardware resources (power, disk, fan, temperature, etc.).
