alert using two UnDP

I want to alert on using TWO UnDP pollerts for my riverbed device.

1st UnDP "OptimizedConnections" OID "1.3.6.1.4.1.17163.1.1.5.2.1 "

2nd UnDP "shMaxConnections" OID "1.3.6.1.4.1.17163.1.1.2.13.1 "

and alert should be like "Number of Max conenction < 80 % No of Otimized Connection , Else = send Alert"

I get values from both UnDPs, please find attaced.

Please help me to build this alert, I could not figure out how would I do that.

Create a poller transform and then just alert on the transform. I've done this for swap space used/ total/ available scenarios.
