As mentioned in the documentation for the MapQuest Static Map API, there is a 'type' parameter that lets you display the MapQuest map differently:
type (optional, default is map)
- The type of base map tiles on the map. The options are map, hyb, sat, light, and dark.
Example: type=dark
Is there anything we can do at all to change this 'type' (or other) parameter to show the MapQuest satellite or hybrid map instead of the default 'map', for example?
