Wireless AP's and WLC's statistics not getting updated

Regarding Orion V. 9.5 latest release with Wireless module.

We have the issue that the statistics not getting updated, without manually rediscovering and polling the AP or the whole WLC. In the screendump you can see, that the statistics were updated 1th of July, which is when we installed the 9.5 version.

Any thoughts from the forum?

Are you running the latest SP? If so, I would recommend opening a support ticket on this item to investigate further

yeah the install is clean (not upgrade and on a new server) and v 9.5 downloaded when the install included the sp2 and hotfix, even tried to deploy the sp2 and hotfix today to ensure it was installed if our supplier was wrong in the statement that is should be included when we downloaded it.
