When attempting to edit a node I get an "Unexpected Website Error"

This is the error. it started after upgrading to 10.2.1.

10.2.2 isn't available in my portal.

Unexpected Website Error

The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Security.SecuritySessionClientSettings`1+ClientSecurityDuplexSessionChannel[System.ServiceModel.Channels.IDuplexSessionChannel], cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

FunkBuddha,
Try running Configuration Wizard again and see if it clears up the issue.
Send me an email and I'll make sure you have access to NPM 10.2.2 (it should already be in your portal unless your maintenance is expired).
