What did you do when the solution was unstable . ????

A customer is having trouble with the operation of Solarwinds tool, you have NPM / SAM / DAP / VM / WHD. (the scope is 100) The tool is very unstable and sometimes an item stops working, EX: applications at the show, or open the browser.It happens a lot problems for any routine: sending alerts, that no touch anything, or limiting access to some dll, which previously functioned normally.

What did you do when the solution was unstable .????? Currently the database server is used on the same server Orion, but he has 30 nodes. The server is in Azure.

That may be various problems. But firstly I'd try to run c:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\OrionPermissionChecker.exe to repair most obvious pain points of permissions. If there are more complicated issues, support ticket should be the next step.
