We lost of Orion SQL Server SA Password

How can we recover or replace our SQL server SA password? We might be using a default password - the man who installed the software left without documenting the password.

Can you help me?

I have used psexec before to get access to a "broken" sql server.
Recover access to a SQL Server instance

I have run PsExec but nothing has happened. Does that method work with SQL Server 2016? Thanks!

I've spent several hours and still couldn't figure it out. Afterwards, I used another method to recover access to my sa account.
Reset SQL Server password in single-user mode
Problem solved!
