Using the TOOLTIP popup and watching metrics like CPU - RESPONSE TIME .etc

How often or when does an update/refresh occur when using this Tooltip popup?

For instance, if I were watching CPU utilization and saw it at 88% and it went either way of Up or Down, when would I see this value change with the Tooltip? Thanks.

The values displayed in the tooltip popup are dynamically retrieved from the database each time the popup appears. Effectively, the refresh rate matches the statistics collection rate.
