Upload Report writer job to folder

Hello.

Does anyone know how to schedule a Report Writer job to run and upload the result (text file) to a folder? After entering the path to the folder in the URL box, the only options I see are to link to a web page, email results or print the result.

The new web-based report scheduler in 10.7 has the ability to save to CIFS share in a variety of formats if you were interested in checking it out.

Thanks for your input Rob. Unfortunately we are still on version 10.6 for NPM but that additional functionality in version 10.7 sure sounds tempting enough to upgrade.

Hello, I think it should be possible to use virtual printers like PDF creator for this task. This free tool allows automatical saving, So setting up the Print job to the virtual printer should do the trick. Please note that in case of using the Print job, the Printer always must be set as system Default (it's a very very old bug).
