Upgraded NPM: error updating database

Any idea why I received this error when it attempted to update Orion database? I left all the default username and passwords, they were all accepted and I didn't encounter any problems until these changes were being applied. I was upgrading from NPM 12.4 to the latest (I believe 2020.2)

You might have not entered the correct DB credentials.

Check the Configuration Wizard log file for the specific issue. The log is at C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\ConfigurationWizard.log
