Upgrade fails. Says I need to renew my license

 You can uninstall NCM from add/remove programs since it is packaged in with NAM.

I un-installed NCM from add/remove programs.  Now i can't install anything.  Good thing i took a snapshot of this VM.  Will never listen to thwack again.

emunizaga can you share the footer of your deployment so that we can see the version you are running? And perhaps also include a screenshot of your License Manager.
