I feel that the "Display interface as unplugged rather than down" option should only display interface as Unplugged when they are Down instead of just not-Up. If I have this option selected for an interface and it is Shutdown I want to know its Shutdown and not just Down/Unplugged. Having Unplugged display for Shutdown interfaces doesn't really fall into what I feel that feature was intended for since Shutdown interface do not alert out or anything like that.
