FYi - New to the product but like what I see so far.
This is a rather simple question but on the Home page for All Nodes I have several PC's showing up as Down. I look at all of my switches and do not see any down interfaces. I have changed most if not all ports on these switches that might have a PC attached to it with the "Display Interface as Unplugged Rather Than Down". So how can I either acknowledge these events so they will go away (which I have under the Alerts Tab) or determine which device/interface they were connected to so I can determine if it is an interface setting.
