Universal Device Poller issues

Hello all,

I am having issues with running the Universal Device Poller. I am getting the following error:

I opened support case #362537 and was given the following instructions (after I submitted diagnostics to SW support):

1. Remove and reinstall the Orion Job Engine.

2. Run Orion Configuration Wizard.

I have done this and I am still having the same issue running the Universal Device Poller. Any one have any input on this one?
