Universal Device Poller Status not showing any data.

I added a SMARTUPS2 into Orion, but i can't see any of the data under the Universal Device Poller Status widget. i can see i have the OIDs selected in the pollers menu (under node management) and Orion recognizes this as a UPS, but i still can't see any data.

Is there something i'm missing?

First question would be did you assign the pollers to your nodes? It can be done under Node Management or when building out the pollers.

Orion provides most of these metrics out of the box but if needed here is the KB for the custom poller
