Unable to load license for DPI v2.0

Question

In Core.BusinessLayer.log, I have multiple recurring errors exactly like this one:

2015-04-27 15:23:21,866 [45] ERROR SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Common.LicenseBasedProductInfoProvider - Unable to load license for DPI v2.0 (QoE:1). System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

Parameter name: licenses

at SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Common.LicensedProductInfo.UpdateLicenses(IProductLicense[] licenses)

at SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Common.LicenseBasedProductInfoProvider.CreateProduct(ILicensedProduct product)

In the license Manage, the QoE is not even activated:

Anybody has a clue on how to fix this?

Hello,

QoE is working in special licensing mode. It can be bought separatelly but there is basic pack (10+1) of sensors in any NPM/APM license. So even when you have QoE Eval expired (you can use unlimited number of sensors during Eval period) you can use these 10+1 thanks to NPM license.

Licensing errors in several files across Orion logs are known issue of NPM 11.5. Issue is currently not resolved but they are not involving any Orion module in any way, so you can ignore them entirely.
