Unable to install Network Performance Monitor(NPM) for Offline Installation Latest version: 2020.2

Hi We are currently on ( Orion Platform HF1, NCM HF1, NPM, NTA HF1: 2020.2.1 ) , is this version is secure as per recent Cyber threats.

when i try to install only HF2 getting error : With this installer you cannot install all selected products, looks like some files are missing

i also tried to install

( Orion Network Performance Monitor(NPM) for Offline Installation - The offline installer includes everything you need to install all SolarWinds Orion products)
Latest version: 2020.2.1 HF2)

but its also giving me error ( With this installer you cannot install all selected products, looks like some files are missing)

kindly help to install HF2 on Orion Platform HF1 : 2020.2.1

makecrazy Have you created a support case? Can you share a screenshot of the exact error?

makecrazy To answer your question on affected versions, per https://solarwinds.com/securityadvisory 2020.2 HF1 could potentially be compromised.

Please share your support ticket # with us if you've opened a case.

SW support team replied that 2020.2.1 versions are not affected by the vulnerability.
"This means your current version 2020.2.1 HF 1 is not affected. "

SW support team replied that 2020.2.1 versions are not affected by the vulnerability.
AV may be stopping some installation files.

makecrazy I would highly recommend updating to 2020.2.1 HF2.
