UNDP JNXCMRescueChgDate returned heaxadecimal DATA

I am trying to build a UNDP for my junos devices and want to find out when was the last Config Rescue was saved (1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.18.2.2).  Unfortunately the output I get for the Juniper MIB is in Hexadecimal and UNDp cannot convert it to text or datetime format.  I can manually convert iusing an online application by select first 4 character of output to year, and the next 2 for month and so on .. but I haven't been able to do it using any of the Output Format or the Transformation Results.

does anybody have an Idea on how to do it?
