Hello All,
I want to stand up a SysLog Server. I was wondering if anyone knows what some of the best practices are to properly setup SysLog? For example, I was thinking about storing the logs on a server separate from the Orion server. How much hard drive space would be optimal? How much RAM? I know the amount of space depends on how many devices I will be collecting logs from, but does anyone have a Syslog setup in place with plenty of data to troubleshoot issues that arise? Any information would be helpful.
