I was asked to look into a way to have WPM type capabilities but for phone calls into our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Basically to call into our IVR, select an option, and then get some feedback or output that can be stored and alerted on in a monitoring system.
I haven't been able to find anything so far and am hoping to see if anyone else is doing this already.
