Solarwinds integration with ServiceNow using Rest API

I'm currently working on this topic. The goal is only to create tickets when an Alert is Acknowledged.

There are some bugs left to it though, but for sure, it is only a matter of time that I get to clean all of them. In the meantime, sit tight. I will send updates as soon as I get it working properly.

I am already done with the part of creating tickets when the alert is acknowledged. I'm still working on the auto update of tickets when Alerts gets Reset.

I have integrated SolarWinds to ServiceNow for Incident Creation, Please let me know if you still looking for the help.

Hi can you tell me how did you authenticate to solarwind rest api? is there any permission needed for rest authentication? I could not able to authenticate via windows account. Please help i am in deep trouble

I am interested in doing the same integration with BMC Remedy using REST API.  I assume the SW REST action would be very similar.
