We're currently running OS 2008 R2, Orion Platform 2016.2 and NPM 12.01 and given that Solarwinds versions after 12.1 won't support 2008 r2 want to migrate to new 2012 VM's along with the latest platform and NPM.
If I change the host name and IP address of the server how do I go about changing the poller name within Orion?
How do I migrate a 12.01 DB to 12.1 on the new box is it just a case of export import and the run configuration wizard?
Are there any gotcha's or things I should look out for doing it this way?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
