Solarwinds Scheduler Failed to start, verify you have sufficient privileges to start

Hi All,

I am installing Solarwinds NPM and I encounter this problem. I have administrative account and I also start the "Solarwinds Job Scheduler" service manually but it is not successful. Can you help me troubleshoot this issue.

Hi Raquel,
Are you using NPM evaluation or the full version?Do you see any error message,if so please paste a screenshot of it.Or please give more details to track the issue.

Are you installing as local administrator? If not, please do. Aslo make sure any other NetWork Management programs are not running during install.

Yes we are installing as administrator. Also it is a stand alone server, no other network management programs are installed
