Solarwinds Alert Integration app :Incident State are not in sync

Hi Team

We have integrated Solarwinds and ServiceNow (bidirectional)using Solarwinds Alert Integration plugin available at ServiceNow Store.

The state of the incident in ServiceNow and Solarwinds are not in sync .

For instance, the new incident in Solarwinds is in closed state in ServiceNow.

Could you please let us know the values of state being passed from Solarwinds to ServiceNow.

Below are the incident state / value  in ServiceNow

New                   1

In-Progress      2

On Hold           3

Resolved         6

Closed             7

Cancelled       8

Could you please look into it and help us resolve the issue
