Sizing a server for NPM

I am looking for suggestions for new hardware for my Orion system.

We currently have Orion 9.5 SLX with IP SLA, NCM integration, and APM SLX coming on server one. (3800 elements and lots of UDP)

Server two has an SLX poller, and nothing else. (2800 elements)

Server three has NCM (3000) and the Engineers toolkit.

We own the Hot-Standby Server and an additional Web server but have not implemented them yet.

Currently our servers are quad core processor 3.0 Xeon with 4Gb RAM.   SQL server is a shared beast running on a SAN (70Gb DB

I am buying all new hardware.

What would you suggest?

Thanks!!
