Hi folks,
Here's my alert configuration setup:
Reset condition : reset this alert automatically after 15 minutes
Execution settings : do not execute this action if the alert has been acknowledged.
Now I'll explain what's problem and why I need your help.
After trigger condition is met and alert is triggered it is repeated whole day because of reset condition and it is necessary for us to remind that alert is still active, but after user acknowledged alert and alert is triggered one more time and repeated user needs to acknowledge alert one more time and that's not really good option. How can I manage to send repeating alerts but only one click on acknowledgement button was enough?
