Dear All,
Just curious to know about this. We are done with the ServiceNow integration. But when the alert gets reset from SolarWinds, then our need to put the INC state to "Resolved" in ServiceNow.
But, I couldn't see the option "Resolved" under Reset State on ServiceNow Ticket Action Tab.
Do you have any idea, where these options (as below) are being fetched from..? Attached the snap-shot of the same.
