Sending Active Alert Details / Alert Notes to Service Now

Hi All, we have the Solarwinds to Service Now integration installed and working. Tickets are created OK in Service Now, when there is an Alert in Solarwinds.

When we acknowledge the alert in Solarwinds, this information is also sent to Service Now stating it is ackonwledged and by whom.

The information appears in the "Activity" stream inside the ticket in Service Now.

However when we update the "Alert Notes" within Solarwinds (inside the laert) we would also like this information to be passed to Service Now.

This would allow our NOC to update the alert notes in Solarwinds, which would in turn update the ticket.

We cant see how to do this. Is it possible, and if so how?
