We have a problem that occurs anytime our Firewalls are rebooted. Orion is positioned in a Network separated by a Firewall from the Servers. When the Firewall is rebooted the SNMP sometimes stops working to some of the Servers. We have used network traces with Wireshark and the SNMP Get Request is going to the Server but the Server does not respond. We found the only solution is to restart SNMP Service on the server to get it to respond to SNMP queries. It seems to be a server / Software issue but does anyone know why this happens?
