Riverbed Graphing in NPM - anyone?

I have the OID's for the connections and bandwidth to put into UnDP; has anyone tried graphing these to get similar results as you get int the console? I know I'm going to have to transform the results, but I also want to do an in/out overlayed graph. OID's for everyone's consumption:
