Report Scheduled using save disk failed

Hello,

I am trying to create a scheduled report that will save in to disk my generated report. However, the results always failed upon testing.

I hope someone could help on this. I already created a case but there's still no solarwinds engineer handle yet

Same issue here. Did you figure anything out? I'm trying to do a path to localhost, and the 'test credentials' button works, but when I run the schedule it fails.

I am also having issues scheduling a report to save. I am trying to save to a network location and, like you fdamstra, the "test credentials" button tests successful but the job fails when I try running the report.

and how many days is your report?
Have you tried to export the report let say 24 hrs or one day?

I know this is quite an old post but we've experienced similar problems recently (and on the latest versions of the Orion suite). We managed to narrow it down to use of / characters in the report file name. These are removed in email attachments for scheduled actions (for example, 90/95/99th Percentile reports become 909599th Percentile). However, it would seem that the report schedule does not exclude these from save to disk actions, and causes an error when trying to save reports including / in their title to local directories or network shares.
To get around this in the meantime, I'd recommend removing the / character from any report you intend to save to disk on a schedule.
