If you took on a new client and saw these non-default settings would you endorse these numbers?

Connection timeout in seconds Timeout=1200
Database Command timeout in seconds CommandTimeout=1200
SqlCommand.CommandTimeout in seconds SqlCommandTimeout=300
Max Pool Size=1000
