QoE error to open managemant.

Hello guys

anybody see this problem ???

About Quality of Experience not show collet datas, only show network wide Availability.

In settings try acesses manager QoE analyser sensors manage global Qoe Settings show this error.

Following recomendations to soltutions, in kb, but not work só we repear the QoE, SAM, NPM for to try solutions but, not work.
