Polling Duplex Settings

Is there anyway to be able to check the duplex settings of interfaces on a router. In an ideal situation I would like an email anytime it spots a half-duplex link. Is there a custom poll that I can use that can grab this information from my routers? Thanks for the help in advanced!

That's already a natively supported option, as long as your device reports their duplex state in SNMP.
