Percent Utilization vs. Traffic

I would like to have a deeper understanding regarding the difference between "Top Interfaces by Percent Utilization' and 'Top Interfaces by Traffic'.

Based on our NPM the list of the Top Interfaces by Percent Utilization is different from the list of Top Interfaces by Traffic. Is that because percent utilization is dependent of its bandwidth?!

Correct. By Traffic is showing absolute volume traffic. By Percent is the traffic as a percentage of the link/port speed.
