PaloAlto rules/policies page empty

Hello,

Do somebody know why the page for rules/policies is empty for Palo Alto - PA-5200 ?

It is all the time showing "Cannot show policy data until configs have been downloaded. Go here to download configs."

Even though the config was downloaded the page for rules/policies is still empty

Yes, it is on the PA interface. Do you have some idea what is the problem and how can this be fixed?

This sounds like a Palo Alto issue and not a SolarWinds issue. Do you have any rules and policies configured on the Palo Alto?
