Pages won't convert to PDF

As of lately, pages will not convert to PDF. This is the case even with the new dev instance I'm bringing up. We're doing the dev instance because the production instance of SolarWinds was installed over 8 years ago, and many people have messed with it. So, to fix the issues, we're redoing everything.

This is the error:

There was an error trying to export the page to PDF, please try again later.

Export to PDF failed. Err: Request is not available in this context

Email reports with PDF conversion enabled sends this under the Orion URL: "Unable to convert the Web Page to PDF"

Just curious but does appending the url with &dataformat=pdf work or is that broken too?

Yes loading that URL should prompt to save a PDF...not sure what is wrong but I was curious if that would give you a temporary workaround.

Yeah. I figured something SHOULD happen. All it does is essentially refresh the page.

Have you tried a different browser? Do any of the other &dataformat= commands work like csv or excel?

Browser doesn't matter. I'm doing PDF's in the reports and no PDF sends. It shows the error mentioned in the OP.

Yes, they confirmed it's an issue with 10.2RC.
