PROBLEM WITH REPORT FOR % AVAILABLITY ON LINUX SERVER, ICMP

Hi,

Can anyone help with this?  We have 3 linux servers that we are monitoring just through ICMP. As part of my daily/last  24 hrs reports on uptime/availability The reports are coming up blank for the linux servers, with no information. Is it related to how the fact they are being monitored by NPM using ICMP ?

    Hi,

    It is quite hard to troubleshoot a such issue without having the reports and a dump of the tables it query.

    Could you sanitize the report and attach it in this thread?

    Reports are stored in the \Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\Reports\ folder.
