Orion Report Scheduler can't send email. Status always Idle.

Hi Good Day!

I would like to ask regarding our encountered problem in Orion Report Scheduler. After updating Windows Server 2008 Security Updates automated email reports failed to send but the alerts automated reports still functioning. I tested the "run the selected jobs now" in the Orion Report Scheduler to see if it will send email but the Job Status is always "Idle".
