Orion Platform 2017.1 - Hot Fix 3 - Slowness after install

We recently installed Orion Platform 2017.1 - Hot Fix 3 to all of our Pollers. We're noticing that response times on the Orion Server are getting longer - loading up apps/desktop, starting remote sessions, launching Orion Website, etc. Response time are wonderful after rebooting. Anyone else notice similar issues after installing Hot Fix 3?

I am planning to apply this hotfix soon. Did you ever get this resolved?

We were not really able to pin the slowness on Hotfix 3. We implemented the 2 remote pollers around the same time as the Hotfix 3 patch. We believe that the addition of these 2 pollers has caused some of the slowness.
Several things we did:
Move ALL polling off the main poller to the remote pollers.
Tuned IIS
Setup Orion SAM template
Monitored SW Database with DPA.
Used WPM to track the user experience with the Orion console.
We found out:
DB was missing several key indexes
DB was the main culprit of the slowness.
IIS tuning helped but not the main fix.
We have seen some improvements.
Next, upgrading NPM, NCM, SRM, NTA and using the new INSTALLER!!!
