OS Version Issue on NPM

Issue: Problem on Server Monitoring with regards to Linux OS Versions

Details: Linux Servers (Version 4 OS) have a question mark logo on their interfaces while higher version of Linux Server (Version 5 OS) are OK. Upon the installation on Solarwinds Orion Server Monitoring, all Linux Servers (both Version 4 and 5 OS) are OK but after some time, the Servers with version 4 OS are turning to question mark logo on their interfaces.

Does anyone know what might be the problem is? I really need help for this issue.
