I set up a UnDP using the MIB currentUnitTemp and OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.841.1.1.3.8.1
This MIB exists, but when I test it against any of the nodes it is assigned to it says OID Not Supported.
Is there a fix for this issue?

there's no fix because the device in question - whatever it is - doesn't support that object.'
Despite the SolarWinds name to the contrary (UNIVERSAL Device Poller) Objects are not universal in the sense that they exist on all devices.
For example, NetBotz devices have a sensor for humidity, and there's an OID to pull that information into SolarWinds. But if you try that same OID on a windows server, it's going to fail because that device (a windows box) doesn't have any support for that object.
For the device in your situation, there MAY be a similar OID that is supported. But it will take some research to find it.
One tool you can use to dig into the specific device is on the poller: C:\program files(x86)\solarwinds\orioin\snmpwalk.exe. This utility will let you specify the IP address and SNMP RO string of a device, and then it will scan the box for ALL supported OIDS, and whatever value they return. From that output, you can start to dig around and see if you can find the information you need.
Hope that helps.
