Node UP alert not generating

Hello,

We need to generate a node up alert after a node has been down. We are using the vendor supplied configuration which uses New status Custom value UP

Old Status Custome value DOWN

as the alert trigger. However, the UP alert is not generated. Any ideas? Has anyone else gotten this to work? I appreciate your help and sight.

Can you please share the details on type of device you are monitoring and the alert configuration screenshot.

Could you post a screenshot of the trigger condition you are using? I am curious, is there a reason why you can not use the reset conditions/reset actions for the canned 'alert me when a node is down' alert?
