Node Details Takes 15-20 Seconds To Load

We are on NPM 12.3 and just went live from old environments last month. Since going live, we have been experiencing long loading times on node detail pages. When I click a node, it spins for 15-20 seconds and then loads the page fairly quickly. Does anyone have any ideas on what should be looked at?

I've used it in the past and it did appear for all users, so I did it after hours and let the NOC know in case anyone was around to ask anyway.

You could get a little visibility with Hubble:

d09h Will the Hubble popups show for all users? I want to turn it on to check, but I won't want to have my phone blow up when they see a red banner at the top of the screen.

I believe jrouviere is correct. From what I have seen and read, I have no reason to believe you can limit who sees the banner message from Hubble.
