No data for the selected Time Period

I have added a NS SSG firewall session-counters to Orion though Custom Poller . I can see the session counters, but the "Custom Chart " is it states "No data for selected time period."

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

how cani generate a "Custom Chart " for a "Custom Poller "?

When you created you custom poller did you select Keep real-time and historical statistics?
